ヴィラが描く現代ラグジュアリー建築の新基準
ドバイを拠点に活動し国際デザインアワードを30近く受賞してきた建築設計事務所MEMAR Architectureが最新プロジェクトとなるドバイ・ヒルズの邸宅を発表した。建築ーシングルレジデンス部門において国際的な3つのアワードを獲得した本ヴィラは、現代的なラグジュアリーと実用性を融合させた住宅として新たな基準を示している。

この邸宅はプライバシーと開放感の両立を実現している。屋内と屋外を自然に連続させる設計により、広々としたリビング・ダイニング空間をはじめ、機能的なホームオフィス、マスタースイート、ゲストルームやファミリーベッドルーム、さらに子ども用プール、ゲームスペース、インフィニティプールなど多彩なエンターテインメント空間を備えている。

デザインは現代的でありながら、ドバイ・ヒルズという地域特有の建築文脈との調和を図っている。MEMAR Architectureは現地のゾーニング規制や環境基準を尊重し、持続可能性と安全性、地域社会との共生を重視する姿勢を貫いている。外装にはアルマーニ・ダークグレーおよびライトグレーの石材を使用し、木材や控えめな真鍮のアクセントが温かみを添えている。内外を隔てるガラス壁は視覚的な境界を溶かし、自然光をふんだんに取り込む構成となっている。
