A new benchmark in contemporary luxury residential design

Dubai-based architecture firm MEMAR Architecture, recipient of nearly 30 international design awards, has unveiled its latest project: a villa in Dubai Hills. Awarded three international accolades in the Architecture – Single Residence category, the villa sets a new standard for luxury living by harmoniously blending modern aesthetics with functional sophistication.

The residence achieves a fine balance between privacy and openness. Its seamless indoor-outdoor layout includes spacious living and dining areas, a functional home office, a master suite, guest and family bedrooms, and a variety of entertainment spaces such as a children’s pool, gaming area, and an infinity pool that overlooks landscaped gardens.

While contemporary in form, the design respects the architectural context of Dubai Hills. MEMAR Architecture adheres to local zoning and environmental regulations, underscoring a commitment to sustainability, safety, and community integration. The exterior combines Armani Dark Gray and Light Gray stone with warm wooden elements and subtle brass accents. Expansive glass walls dissolve boundaries between the interior and the landscape, inviting natural light deep into the home.

The villa incorporates a comprehensive approach to sustainability, featuring high-performance insulation, Low-E glass, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, a movable louver canopy, and pre-installed infrastructure for future solar energy integration. It also excels in security and technology, with 24/7 HD surveillance, biometric access, automated perimeter gates with intrusion detection, and fire-resistant construction materials enhanced by a state-of-the-art suppression system.
