色彩の美学

Ballistic Architecture Machine (BAM)が手がけたプロジェクト「ブジ・レジデンス（Buji Residences）」が、本住居が建つブジの山頂現地における熱帯の光条件に調和した色遣いが評価され、2025年A+アーキタイザー A+アワードの「Architecture + Color」部門賞を受賞した。ランドスケープと建築形態のシームレスな統合を印象付けたものとなった。

森林に囲まれた山頂の立地を計算して設計されたブジ・レジデンスは、深センの若々しいエネルギーと豊かな周囲の環境と調和する鮮やかな美学言語に基づき色彩を活用し、従来のラグジュアリー住宅を再解釈している。植栽デザインの深いエメラルドグリーンとピンクとパープルの色調を組み合わせたデザインは、類似色の組み合わせによる大胆でありながら落ち着きのあるデザインに仕上がっている。住宅設計の現状となっている汎用的な中性色スキームに抗い、大胆ながらも視覚的に魅力的な色とパターンが住宅コミュニティを豊かにできることを示している。

本プロジェクトは過酷な山岳地帯に11の住宅タワーを配置、限られた建設面積にもかかわらず多機能なランドスケープスペース（プール、多機能プレイグラウンド、チェスとゲームルーム、読書ゾーン、ペットガーデン、スポーツコート、プレイフィールド、ダンスプラザなど）を通じて高密度な居住環境を実現。住民とその訪問者の多様なニーズに対応している。
