A Strategic Platform Reflecting Industry Growth
ARCHIDEX 2026, Asia’s Leading Architecture Business Event, will take place from 29 July to 1 August 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur. Returning for its 25th edition under the theme “The Bold Future,” the event marks a significant milestone in its evolution and reinforces Malaysia’s commitment to shaping smarter, more sustainable and future-ready cities. The NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) supports the event as one of the media partners.

Jointly organised by Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) and C.I.S Network Sdn Bhd, ARCHIDEX continues to serve as a central platform connecting architects, designers, developers, engineers, manufacturers and policymakers from across the region. ARCHIDEX 2026 will be fully consolidated at MITEC, enabling a larger and more integrated exhibition experience. The exhibition will expand to approximately 37,000 square metres, with an estimated 900 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, and a target of 40,000 visitors. In 2025, ARCHIDEX attracted 36,800 visitors at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre alone, reinforcing its position as one of the region’s most influential built environment platforms.
Anchored by Professional Discourse and Design Leadership
As a key anchor of the Kuala Lumpur Architecture Festival (KLAF), ARCHIDEX plays a principal role as the festival’s business and industry touchpoint. Professional discourse is led by the flagship DATUM Conferences organised by PAM, which have become one of the region’s most established architectural gatherings, complementing the exhibition with thought leadership and professional exchange.

Extending Beyond the Exhibition|Kuala Lumpur Architecture Week
Beyond the exhibition halls, ARCHIDEX 2026 extends its impact into the city with the return of Kuala Lumpur Architecture Week (KLAW). Now in its second year, KLAW activates Kuala Lumpur through architecture, arts and heritage, connecting industry delegates and the public with curated installations, cultural exchanges and city-based programmes across key urban and heritage sites.
Specialised Zones and a Comprehensive Programme
ARCHIDEX 2026 will deepen industry engagement through a series of specialised platforms, including Digital @ ARCHIDEX, A Hospitality Anthology, World of Works, and the ASEAN Fenestration & Technology Exhibition (FENESTEX). In addition, the event will deliver a comprehensive programme comprising DATUM Conferences, Biz Talks, forums, buyer programmes, ARCHIDEX Star Awards and ARCHITALENT, reinforcing its role as both a commercial marketplace and a platform for ideas, collaboration and professional growth.
