これからの街のあり方を考察する

まえばしガレリアギャラリー2でChim↑Pom・やんツーなどが参加する「remake the world」が6月8日（日）まで開催中。2016年より「めぶく。」をコンセプトに、大規模な地方再生プロジェクトに取り組んでいる前橋市。プロジェクトの流れを汲み「まえばしガレリア」は建築家・平田晃久が全体デザインと設計を手がけ、国内外のクリエイターや起業家が参加し、約5年の歳月をかけて「アートと生活空間が共生するコーポラティブクリエイションハウス」として2023年春に誕生した。本展は「前に進むことの重要性」に加えて「過去と現在を再考する意義」への問いかけと、これからの街のあり方の共有を目的とし、まえばしガレリアの運営に関わるArt Office Shiobara・塩原将志とrin art association・原田崇人の2名による企画となっている。
