The Fujiki Studio is renowned for works including "Aqua-scape", "Artificial Topography", and "Porous Manifold as a Japanese Tearoom". With the keyword "nature", the studio has been exploring  the ways of architecture appropriate for the 21st century, known as the century of the environment, through both research and practice.

The cutting-edge approach, including 1) Architecture and urban design that is conscious of nature and the environment (Nature-oriented Architecture), 2) Computational design, which uses computers to create new forms, 3) Self-built prototypes of plastic architecture, has brought brilliant results for both the studio and its students.
