Recognizing the Expertise of Professionals involved in Delivering Outstanding Projects on a Global Scale

The fifth edition of the BLT Built Design Awards has officially opened submissions. These awards aim to acknowledge the expertise of professionals engaged in the realization of exceptional projects on a global scale, encompassing architectural firms, interior designers, landscape studios, and construction product innovators. The program is open to professionals, emerging designers, and students until September 10th, 2025, promising to attract entries from some of the most forward-thinking firms from all around the world.

In 2024, the awards received over 800 submissions from 57 countries, showcasing the astonishing range and quality of projects. The BLT Built Design Awards offers four core programs: Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Product Design. The top winners included Architectural Design of the Year, which was awarded to ATMOSPHERE by Krallerhof, Germany, a standout project by Hadi Teherani Architects. WOSA Sintered Stone Showroom in Macau, created by The Volks Design Research & Consulting Ltd., claimed Interior Design of the Year. In Landscape Architecture, Benjakitti Forest Park in Thailand, by Arsomsilp Community and Environmental Architect + TURENSCAPE, received top honors, and System 02 by The Backcountry Hut Company from Canada took Construction Product Design of the Year.

The 2025 jury, comprising experienced architects, designers, developers, academics, and media representatives, will select the winners in each category in October next year. Past jurors have included renowned professionals from around the world, such as Rudi Stouffs, Dean’s Chair Associate Professor and Assistant Dean (Research) at the Department of Architecture, College of Design and Engineering, National University of Singapore; Osaru Alile, Principal Partner at CC Interiors Studio; etc.

Each brand is a symbol of design excellence worldwide, showcasing professional and emerging designers’ work to over 100 expert jury members.
