More than 25,000 industry professionals, 650 exhibitors and 900 speakers gather in London for two days of innovation and networking

London Build 2026, one of the UK's largest construction and design events, will take place at ExCeL London on November 25–26, 2026. Registration is now open for what has become a key gathering point for professionals across construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, sustainability, digital construction, fire safety and HVAC. NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) is proud to support the London Build as a media partner this year too.

Co-located with elementalLONDON, the event is expected to welcome more than 25,000 attendees, over 650 exhibitors and more than 900 speakers. Seventeen CPD-accredited conference stages will host discussions, presentations and workshops addressing the future of the built environment. Positioned as a "Festival of Construction," London Build combines a major trade exhibition with networking opportunities, live entertainment, interactive workshops, an Architect's Hub, a Government Hub and start-up showcases.

Exploring the Future of the Built Environment

More than 900 industry leaders will discuss critical topics including sustainability and net zero strategies, AI and digital construction, fire safety, modern methods of construction (MMC), housing, infrastructure, diversity and inclusion, workforce development, and architectural innovation. Confirmed speakers include representatives from Ardmore Group, Structure Tone UK, Keepmoat Homes, Wates Construction, Vistry Group, Peabody and Landsec, alongside experts from leading organizations across the UK construction sector.

The exhibition floor will feature manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers and innovators presenting the latest products and services shaping the construction industry. Confirmed exhibitors include Siemens, Bosch, Rockwool, James Hardie, Polypipe, Howdens and Simpro, among many others. Visitors will also have opportunities to connect with professionals from major firms such as Balfour Beatty, Mace, AECOM, Morgan Sindall, Arup, Skanska and Zaha Hadid Architects.
