Regional Arhitecture and Construction Leaders to Gather for a Four-day Event Focused on Innovation, Sustainability, and Digital Transformation

ARCHIDEX 2026, positioned as a central business hub for the architecture and building industry, will take place from 29 July to 1 August, 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), bringing together key stakeholders from across the built environment sector. The NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) supports the event as one of the media partners.

The event will highlight emerging trends and innovations shaping the industry, offering a comprehensive platform for decision-making, collaboration, and business growth. Organisers aim to move beyond fragmented sourcing by providing a centralised environment where professionals can align strategies and form partnerships.

A series of curated forums, trade talks, industry meetings, and buyer programmes will facilitate engagement across the full architectural value chain. High-level networking opportunities are expected to further strengthen connections among architects, developers, suppliers, and technology providers.

Sustainability is set to be a major focus, with exhibitors presenting energy-efficient systems, environmentally responsible materials, and solutions aligned with increasing ESG requirements. At the same time, Digital ARCHIDEX will spotlight the growing role of technology in the sector, featuring innovations such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), AI-driven design tools, and digital twin technologies.

The event will also introduce dedicated thematic zones to address specific industry segments. These include World of Works (WoW), which explores future workplace environments; FENESTEX, focusing on advanced façade, window, and glass systems; and A Hospitality Awakening (AHA), which examines the next phase of hotel and hospitality design.

By convening industry leaders and solution providers under one roof, ARCHIDEX 2026 is expected to serve as a catalyst for new ideas, partnerships, and advancements across the regional built environment sector.
