Installation appears at the flagship store "Gucci Namiki"
Gucci Namiki, the flagship store in Ginza, Tokyo, celebrated its 1st anniversary on April 29, 2022. To celebrate the anniversary, the theme of bamboo is synonymous with Fourth-generation Tanabe Chiku'unsai, an artist attracting international attention with his works made of bamboo. As one of the events, a bold installation has been released in the spiral staircase area that connects the first and second floors of the store.

"Gesture of Lines" Shibuya Koen-dori Gallery, Tokyo
Shibuya Koen-dori Gallery in Tokyo holds the exhibition "Line Gesture" from April 23 (Sat) to June 26 (Sun) 2022 as a special exhibition in Spring 2022. This exhibition features American Art Brut artists and Japanese artists, who have rarely been presented uniformly in Japan in recent years. The gallery exhibits the arts in the same space.

"MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2022 ‘New Soil’" Yebisu Garden Place
“MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2022 ‘New Soil’" , one of the largest art and culture festivals in Japan, will be held from May 13 (Friday) to May 15 (Sunday) 2022. At this festival, ART FAIR "New Soil "presented by "MEET YOUR ART PICK UP ARTIST" will be held, where you can meet emerging artists. In addition, architect Yuko Nagayama is responsible for the design of "Clock Square", "Center Square" and "Chateau Square". This year's theme is "New Soil." By expanding the interpretation to the reunion of nature and humans, as well as the reunion of different cultures, the event will create a place for experimentation to express and propose sustainability through the festival.

Museum of contemporary art "KAMU kanazawa" Honda Park, Kanazawa
The private contemporary art museum "KAMU kanazawa" has launched a new project, "TOWN HACKER". It is a project that turns the city itself into an exhibition space, transforms and expands the characteristics of the city's culture and landscape, integrates the works into the city, and creates an environment where art can be touched at any time. The first project developed was the "Public Space Utilization Promotion Model Project" in collaboration with the city of Kanazawa. Artist Hiroko Kubo's work is showcased in Honda Park, which is a nationally registered tangible cultural property, and in the former longhouse gate of the Honda Family Residence.

"Ryoji Ikeda Exhibition" Hirosaki Museum of Contemporary Art
The Spring / Summer 2022 "Ryoji Ikeda Exhibition" program will be held from April 16 (Sat) to August 28 (Sun) 2022 at the Hirosaki Museum of Contemporary Art in Aomori Prefecture. It is a site-specific, immersive exhibition that aligns the dynamic work of international artist Ryoji Ikeda with the special architectural space built 100 years ago as a sake brewery and reborn as an art museum.

"Exhibition of Architectural Models -Changes in Culture and Thought-" WHAT MUSEUM
TERADA "WHAT MUSEUM" Warehouse Contemporary Art Collector's Museum holds "Architectural Model Exhibition -Change of Culture and Thought" from April 28 (Thursday) to October 16 (Sunday) 2022. You can take an in-depth look at the Architectural Models, which since ancient times has served as a model for the production and as a communicator for the architectural culture. Enjoy a series of valuable exhibits including a special work that is shown for the first time in this exhibition.

"Creating the Base" DOMICILE TOKYO Gallery
"Creating the Base" is held from April 23 (Sat) to May 8 (Sun) 2022 at DOMICILE TOKYO Gallery, which is attached to the new Sensation Concept Store DOMICILE TOKYO. This exhibition brings into the gallery space the original figures that form the basis for the garments designed by Tony. It displays a collection of works drawn on both canvas and paper.
