Recipient of Both the Best of Show Judges’ Choice and Multi-Family Condominium Award
At the Capital Region Commercial Building Awards, held in Greater Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, the architecture firm ACDF Architecture's One Bear Mountain won two awards at the Capital Region Commercial Building Awards in Greater Victoria, BC, in the categories of Best Work Award (Judges' Choice) and Multi-Family Condominium Award. The awards covered 48 projects in the region completed between 1 January 2023 and 30 June 2024.
The 15th-floor heated Rooftop Pool is the first of its kind in Victoria.

The 18-storey tower marks the first concrete condominium at Bear Mountain in 15 years. As Canada's first wellness-focused residential development, it has generated overwhelming demand, with more than 90% of units sold by March 2025. With 28,000 sq ft of curated amenities, One Bear Mountain promotes a holistic lifestyle encompassing living, working, and recreation.

Developed by 360 Pacifica and Terracap, constructed by Campbell Construction, and designed collaboratively by ACDF Architecture, Zeidler Architecture, and Inside Design Studio, the building integrates luxury, sustainability, and wellness. Highlights include 209 residences and Victoria’s only rooftop infinity pool, located on the 15th floor with panoramic city views.
