The Tri-State’s Biggest Festival of Construction with Over 40,000 Visitors

New York’s largest construction and design show, "New York Build 2026," will take place on March 18–19, 2026 at the Javits Center. The event serves as a major industry platform connecting architecture, construction, urban development, real estate, and infrastructure professionals, attracting tens of thousands of participants each year. NPO ADF (Aoyama Design Forum) will support The New York Build Expo 2026 as a Media Partner.

The exhibition is expected to welcome more than 40,000 registered visitors and over 500 exhibitors showcasing the latest construction technologies, building solutions, materials, and digital tools. In addition, more than 500 world-class speakers will present across 14 conference tracks. Selected workshops will be accredited under the AIA CES program, offering continuing education opportunities for industry professionals.

A dedicated Government Hub will connect public sector representatives with industry leaders, creating a platform for dialogue on public projects and urban policy. Exclusive networking events and curated industry meetups will further encourage exchange among architects, developers, contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and other professionals. More than a trade show, New York Build functions as a city-scale platform that reflects both the present and future of the construction industry. As the Tri-State’s largest Festival of Construction, it continues to attract international attention and plays a significant role in shaping discourse within the regional and global design and construction community.
