ARCHIDEX 2025 will be held across two key venues: MITEC (21–24 July) and KLCC (23–26 July). The event expects to welcome over 56,000 visitors from 110 countries, with more than 850 exhibitors across 36,700 sqm of exhibition space. This year’s edition focuses on sustainable urbanisation and international collaboration in designing future cities.

This year’s edition reaffirms Malaysia’s commitment to sustainable urbanisation and regional collaboration in shaping the cities of tomorrow.
MITEC
The event will feature FENESTEX – a focused exhibition on windows, doors, glass, and façade innovation – along with the DATUM Conferences and ARCHITALENT, a regional design competition for architecture students. Visitors can also discover the latest in lighting technologies and building materials.
KLCC
It will host national pavilions from Austria, China, Korea, Singapore, and Canada, and debut ASEAN’s first real-life workplace simulation “WoW (World of Works).” Exhibits will cover themes like smart buildings, adaptive interiors, and sustainable urban lifestyles.
AREC 2025
It will also take place at KLCC and offer a comprehensive program with forums on affordable housing and resilient infrastructure, business matching sessions, and exhibitions focused on transformative urban solutions. The goal is to foster regional collaboration and promote innovation across the ASEAN real estate sector. In a new initiative, KL Architecture Week (KLAW 2025) will extend ARCHIDEX beyond the venue and into the city. Centered around Old Kuala Lumpur and Jalan Petaling, the program will combine exhibitions, heritage tours, and urban activations that engage professionals and the public alike. Adjunct Prof. Ar. Adrianta Aziz, President of the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM), stated that ARCHIDEX serves as a key platform for architectural growth, dialogue, and innovation. He also highlighted the importance of nurturing emerging talent through ARCHITALENT and other future-facing initiatives.
