Celebrating Bold and Innovative Architectural Ideas

The ASA Experimental Design Competition 2025, organized by the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA) announced winners of its edition. The competition is an international platform celebrating bold and innovative architectural ideas worldwide. Open to projects at all stages—from conceptual design to actual construction completion—with no entry fee, the competition recognizes outstanding creativity and originality in both individual and group submissions. ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) is supporting the competition in partnership with ASA.

Held with The theme “Future Nostalgia in Architecture”, the competition drew 241 entries from 27 countries worldwide, reflecting its growing global reach and its role as a stage for emerging voices in architecture. A total of 30 shortlisted projects were exhibited from 29 April to 4 May 2025, drawing attention and admiration from thousands of visitors throughout the week.

ASA had the honor of presenting a distinguished panel of jurors: Jenchieh Hung, Kulthida Songkittipakdee, Adul Kaewdee, Christo Meyer, and Kulapat Yantrasast, who thoughtfully evaluated all entries and selected the award recipients based on design excellence and creative impact.
