\"Made by her\" Exhibition in Hong Kong<\/h3>\r\n

Design Pier<\/a> is a Hong Kong based organizer of design exhibitions representing a new direction in Asia\u2019s vibrant design scene via its curated professional design exhibition, talks, events and partnerships. This time Design Pier presents \"Made by Her\" exhibition.<\/p>\r\n

Design has no gender. Only designers have. Design Pier\u2019s upcoming show wants to demonstrate that design made by women doesn't equal to a particular feminine sensitivity to shapes, colors and aesthetics. Design, like any other form of creative craft, is primarily influenced by the individual\u2019s unique perspective on the world: a mixture of character combined with cultural, artistic, psychological and social influences. Gender is part of it but it doesn\u2019t define it.<\/p>\r\n

From Dec 5th to Dec 9th, Design Pier will present 30 limited edition furnitures and design objects curated from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South-Korea, Lebanon, Italy, Czech Republic and Finland at the usagi gallery<\/a> - most of them arriving to Hong Kong for the first time.<\/p>\r\n
