Tokyo Art Antique Executive Committeel organizes the annual \"Tokyo Art Antique 2022-Nihonbashi \/ Kyobashi Art Festival-\", one of the largest community-based art events in Japan, which will be held once a year in April 2022 in the Nihonbashi \/ Kyobashi area of Chuo-ku, Tokyo. It will be held for 3 days from April 28 to 30. Visiting the galleries of Nihonbashi and Kyobashi is an event that all generations can participate in, from antiques and ancient art to contemporary art. In addition, an online exhibition will be held on the website for a limited time from April 28 (Thursday) to May 31, 2022 , for which no visit is required.<\/p>\r\n

\"Takamasa Yoshizaka exhibition: from beard to earth, see the panora\" Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo<\/h4>\r\n

The Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo will host \"Takamasa Yoshizaka Exhibition from the beard\" by Takamasa Yoshizaka (1917-1980), a Tokyo architect, from March 19 (Sat) to June 19 (Sun) 2022. \"To Earth, See Panora\" will be held. Takamasa Yoshizaka is an architect who worked from the post-war reconstruction period until 1980. He studied under Wajiro Kon, who is known as the founder of \"Kogakugaku,\" and Le Corbusier, a master of modern architecture. He has worked on the Japan Pavilion at the Biennale, among other projects, and is known for his unique architecture using sculptural models made of concrete. This exhibition will be the first exhibition in a public art museum to provide an overview of Takamasa Yoshizaka's activities.<\/p>\r\n

Exhibition \"Regenerative Urbanism - The story of a city that emerged from a disaster\" Nihonbashi, Tokyo<\/h4>\r\n

UCLA xLAB, IRIDeS, and the ArcDR3 Exhibition Production Executive Committee are hosting the \"Regenerative Urbanism Exhibition-The Story of a City Born from a Disaster\" exhibition. ArcDR3 (Building and Urban Design for Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience) is a response to the disasters targeted by the \"Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030\" adopted at the 3rd UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction after the Great East Japan Earthquake. It is a collaborative international project led by UCLA xLAB and IRIDeS, involving 11 universities in the region in cooperation with the Pacific Rim College Association. In addition to proposing a new concept of urban development, \"regenerative urbanism,\" which responds to disasters such as storm surges and forest fires caused by climate change, the project also presents several innovative urban designs.<\/p>\r\n

Art Project \"ART SCRAMBLE\" 3rd Grand Front Osaka<\/h4>\r\n

\"ART SCRAMBLE\", which was held as the first project in March 2021 and the second project was in September 2021, has now been released as the third project. 5th anniversary of the opening! Ginza Tsutaya Bookstore<\/h4>\r\n

To mark the occasion, the store plans to hold exhibitions, events by artists and architects, and releases works and original products limited to the 5th anniversary under the slogan \"Alt.\"-Alternative Place to Meet Art & Culture. raise. The focus is on art, but exhibitions and fairs are held in all genres, including sculptor Kohei Nawa, Naoki Honjo, who has a solo exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography, and emerging young people. An exhibition of works by artist Rintaro Umino uses the entire Ginza Tsutaya Bookstore.
