In a category,\u00a0if there are less than\u00a015 submissions in total,\u00a0in that case,\u00a02\/3 of the submitted projects that have the\u00a0higher\u00a0votes by the cycle's official\u00a0jury and 1\/3 of the submitted projects that have the higher rates by the registered members will be awarded.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<div id=\"attachment_180235\" style=\"width: 760px\" class=\"wp-caption
