Then projects must be sent under these 3 sub-categories Realised, Designed and Student. All participants should send their projects that meet these conditions:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For Architecture:<\/span><\/h5>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>WA Designed Award:<\/strong>\u00a0Projects that were not built,\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>WA Realised Award:<\/strong>\u00a0Projects that are actually built (built maximum within the last 10 years),<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>WA Student Award:<\/strong>\u00a0<span>Projects designed by Students\/Academics (projects must have been studied in students' undergraduate years or in Master's Degree), only \"Designed\/Conceptual\" projects valid - Student category projects must be presented with Supervisor or Tutor\/Instructor's name and surname in the \"Project Team\" section during the upload. World Architecture Community tries to bridge the gap between theory and practice; thus the architect\u2019s explanations and member\u2019s discussions on submissions will be critical for recognition as much as the design itself.<\/p>\r\n<h4>Timetable &amp; Calendar<\/h4>\r\n<p><span>The timetable for our 3-4 cycles per year is identical between cycles. The first three months as of the announcement of the new cycle, in this period, participants are welcome to upload and submit their projects for WA Awards consideration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h4>About WA Awards Jury<\/h4>\r\n<p><strong class=\"normal\">WA Awards' jury is composed by a mixture of our\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/worldarchitecture.org\/community\/links\/?waurl=https:\/\/worldarchitecture.org\/community\/honorary-profiles\/\"><strong class=\"normal\">Honorary Members<\/strong><\/a><strong class=\"normal\">\u00a0and earlier\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/worldarchitecture.org\/community\/winners-profiles\/\"><strong class=\"normal\">WA Award Winners<\/strong><\/a>, <strong class=\"normal\"> will select the first 10 projects.<\/strong>\u00a0The next 5 will be awarded based on the ratings of fellow community members of World Architecture Community.<\/p>\r\n<h4>Selection Process<\/h4>\r\n<p>The fourth month of the cycle will be for the\u00a0<strong class=\"normal\">WA Jury to evaluate and vote (the first 10 of the 10+5+X).<\/strong>\u00a0In the meantime, during the entire 4 months, World Architecture Community members may rate the projects that were submitted for WA Awards consideration and at the end of the cycle, once the 4 months are passed, the 5 most rated projects by\u00a0<strong class=\"normal\">World Architecture Community members would form the second 5 of the 10+5+X.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>In order to rate the projects,\u00a0<strong>a WAC member must have at least 1 uploaded project<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>in his\/her page<\/strong>\u00a0and the project should have been opened to the public by being approved by World Architecture\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Finally, the \"X\" can be those projects, which did not make it to the final selection of 10 or 5, but which had that something \"special\", that made them worthy of selection and acknowledgement as \"X\" by the WA Jury.<\/p>\r\n<h4>Entry Fees<\/h4>\r\n<p>Participants will see the payment stage after they uploaded their entries and clicked on \"Participate Now\" button on their My Projects page. WA Awards sets a very low pricing policy to provide more visibility to small-scale offices, increase participation and engagement for their works.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>WA Awards Participation Fee for Associate Members (per Cycle and per Project):<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Designed category: $100<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Realised category: $200<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Students: free<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"stnurl\" href=\"http:\/\/worldarchitecture.org\/community\/links\/?waurl=https:\/\/worldarchitecture.org\/community\/mypage\/office-settings\/?join=pro\" target=\"_blank\">Find out more about WA Awards 10+5+X fees<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h4>Winners<\/h4>\r\n<p>Winners of WA Awards will receive<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>a digital, special WA Award Winner Poster<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>and<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>a digital WA Award Certificate<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>that will be made available to the participants a few weeks after the announcement of the winners.<\/p>\r\n<p>Once the Cycle is closed, submitted projects will be featured in an article on WAC to invite the WAC members to Vote and Rate the projects, with a separate email to our members.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Winners will also be announced in a featured article on WAC, as well as sharing the results with our Media Partners and other global publications.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h4>About World Architecture Community<\/h4>\r\n<p>Founded in 2006,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldarchitecture.org\/architecture\/\">World Architecture Community<\/a>\u00a0provides a unique environment for architects, interior\u00a0designers,\u00a0architecture &amp; interior design students and academics around the globe to meet, share and compete.
