MIID REKA Awards 2020 Call For Entries!<\/h3>\r\n

N<\/span>PO ADF proudly supports \"The MIID REKA Awards for Industry Excellence 2020<\/a>\", which was established by The Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID)<\/a> to celebrate outstanding interior design ideas. MIID is the national institute representing the interior design profession in Malaysia.<\/p>\r\n

The MIID REKA Awards 2020 is continuing this year in search of design excellence. This is to recognize talented designers, interior designers, and architects that have created value to living and commercial spaces. All submitted entries for Design Excellence category must be designed by a registered member of MIID or Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM). As for Industry Excellence Category, it is open to Malaysian registered companies.<\/p>\r\n

About REKA Awards -\u00a0Design Excellence<\/h4>\r\n
Introduction<\/h5>\r\n

The MIID REKA Awards 2020 for Design Excellence shall be conferred to Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID) and Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) registered Members practicing Interior Design for works completed between the years 2017 to 30th April 2020 that best exemplify the pursuit of excellence in Interior Design.<\/p>\r\n

Excellence in Interior Design refers to excellence in its design and the consistent translation of its intentions into reality, the concurrent high quality of construction and its beneficial impact on the social, physical and the cultural environment of the country.<\/p>\r\n

Awards shall also be conferred to students whose works reflect good design, problem-solving capabilities and soundness in construction.<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n\t
  • To recognise Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID) Members and Students who pursue excellence in design which reflect local content in design, detail, material, etc.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • To recognise the client bodies and builders who enable the achievement of excellence in Interior Design.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • To promote the development of quality built interior environments that have beneficial, social, physical and cultural impacts on the community and country.<\/li>\r\n\t
  • To recognise young talent through students\u2019 course works in relation to various components of the course.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Awards are conferred for the following categories:<\/p>\r\n

    • Food & Beverage<\/b>\u00a0(Restaurants & Bars)<\/li>\r\n\t
    • Corporate Offices<\/b><\/li>\r\n\t
    • Hospitality<\/b><\/li>\r\n\t
    • Retail & Exhibition<\/b><\/li>\r\n\t
    • Residential<\/b>\u00a0(Houses, Apartments & Condominiums)<\/li>\r\n\t
